This website is operated by Un Petit Rêve Studio. Throughout the site “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Un Petit Rêve Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Digital Products

  • Nature of Goods: Our digital products are classified as “Digital Content”.

  • Immediate Access: By purchasing digital content, you expressly request that the download begins immediately.

  • Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by accessing or downloading digital content, you lose your 14-day right to cancel or request a refund, provided the download has started.

  • Usage License: When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties unless a Commercial License is explicitly purchased.

In-Person Workshops

  • Booking and Payment: Your place is only secured once full payment is recieved.

  • Cancellation by You: More than 7 days’ notice: We offer a full refund or a transfer to a future date (subject to availability). Less than 7 days notice: We are unable to offer refunds as we have already committed to venue costs and materials. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend if you notify us in writing.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop (e.g. due to a tutor illness or low numbers), we will offer a full refund or a priority transfer to a new date. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

  • Health and Safety: Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop. We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

Intellectual Property and Artistry

  • Ownership: All workshop materials, digital designs, and website content are intellectual property of Un Petit Rêve Studio.

  • Photography: We may take photos during the workshops for promotional use on our social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your tutor at the start of the session.

Faulty Digital Content

If a digital file is corrupted or does not function as described, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair or replacement. If we cannot fix the file within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or full refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • Digital Content: We do not guarantee that our digital products will be compatible with all third-party software.

  • Workshops: We are not liable for damage to personal belongings (e.g. clothing stained by ink or paint) during a workshop. Details will be provided before the workshop. Please dress appropriately.

  • General: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or workshop in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
